  • Porter Management Group has led the day-to-day operations of Staffing Etc., a national healthcare staffing company serving government agencies, hospitals, school systems, correctional facilities, and commercial organizations.

    Through strategic workforce deployment, Staffing Etc. enabled clients to meet fluctuating staffing demands while reducing full-time personnel costs and operational overhead. The company has successfully staffed over one million hours of healthcare and administrative professionals nationwide.

     

    Since 2003, Staffing Etc. has provided:

    • Registered Nurses (RNs)

    • Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

    • Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

    • Physicians and Allied Health Professionals

    • Social Workers and Administrative Staff

     

    Notable contracts included:

    • Airport health screeners during the Ebola crisis

    • COVID-19 testing personnel during the 2020 pandemic

    • School health nurses for multiple U.S. school districts

    • Medical staff for state penitentiaries and juvenile detention centers

     

    This work required precision staffing, rapid deployment, and strict regulatory compliance—capabilities that define our operational approach.

  • Porter Management Group played a central role in the ownership transition and operational management of an airport parking facility serving BWI Airport. Over a three-year period, the business achieved over 200% revenue growth under our management.

     

    Key initiatives included:

    • Transitioning from paper-based systems to fully electronic order processing

    • Installing automated entry and exit gates

    • Implementing automated employee scheduling systems

    • Establishing affiliate partnerships with platforms such as Way.com, SpotHero, and Groupon

     

    In 2019, Porter Management Group also brokered a multi-million-dollar agreement with Amazon, providing parking infrastructure for more than 200 Delivery Service Partner vehicles—demonstrating our ability to align operations with enterprise-scale partners.

  • In 2016, Porter Management Group helped create Jourve, a mobile application available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. The app enabled airport travelers to request on-demand curbside valet service directly from their airline terminal.

     

    Through the platform:

    • Customers ordered valet service in real time

    • Valet drivers accepted requests through an app-based queue

    • Vehicles were parked and returned seamlessly upon traveler arrival

     

    While designed to operate with minimal management oversight, Porter Management Group played a critical role in product design, airport rollout strategy, operational workflows, and implementation—bridging technology, logistics, and real-world execution.

  • Porter Management Group has been deeply involved in both residential and commercial real estate development and management.

    ​

    The firm oversaw a $3 million redevelopment of a 24-unit apartment complex in Baltimore City, where two historic 94-year-old buildings were fully renovated and repositioned as market-rate housing. Porter Management Group continues to actively manage the property and tenant operations.

    Currently, the firm is leading a 20-unit redevelopment across five Baltimore brownstones, overseeing renovation planning, execution, and long-term asset management.

    In addition, Porter Management Group owns and operates Porter Rentals, a venue-focused business offering three distinct properties for weddings, private events, and celebrations—combining hospitality operations with real estate management expertise.
